The agreement

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to reach another workspace’s data. We may suspend a workspace that does.

Your data is yours

You keep ownership of everything you put into your workspace. We hold it to run the service for you, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Not veterinary advice

Pawfolio is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a qualified veterinarian. Clinical decisions remain yours.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Nothing is deleted when a plan changes.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice and an opportunity to export your data.
