Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, phone), the records you create in your workspace (pets, customers, appointments, health records, invoices), and technical data needed to run the service securely, such as IP address and browser type at sign-in.

Why we collect it

To provide the service you signed up for: storing your records, sending the reminders you configure, processing payments, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your records to train models.

Who can see your data

Only people you invite into your workspace, limited further by the role you give them. Workspaces are isolated from one another. Our staff do not browse tenant data; support access requires an explicit, audited impersonation session.

Medical and personal records

Health records are treated as sensitive. Access is controlled by role, confidential records require an additional permission, and every read or change to a sensitive record is written to an audit log.

How long we keep it

For as long as your workspace is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it, soft-deleted, and permanently purged after 90 days. Audit logs are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time, correct it in the app, or delete your workspace outright. Where local law grants you further rights over your personal data, we honour them.

Security

Passwords are hashed, secrets and two-factor keys are encrypted at rest, uploads are stored privately and streamed only to authorised users, and all traffic is served over TLS.
