Is my data private?
Yes. Every workspace is isolated from every other one, medical records are access-controlled by role, and documents are never served from a public URL — each download is authorised individually.
Can I use this just for my own pets?
Absolutely. Choose “Pet owner” when you sign up and Pawfolio hides everything a business needs and you do not — no customers, no staff, no invoicing unless you want it.
How much does it cost for my own pets?
Your first six months are free. After that, Pet Parent is $1.99 a month — ৳199 in Bangladesh. You will be reminded before the free months end.
What happens when my free months or trial end?
Nothing is deleted. You get 14 days to pay, with reminders. After that the account becomes view-only — every record and photo stays visible — until you pay. Businesses start with a 30-day free trial of Starter.
Can I import what I already have?
Yes — pets and customers can be imported from CSV, with a preview and validation step before anything is committed.
Does it work on a phone?
Properly, not as an afterthought. The whole product is built mobile-first, with a bottom navigation bar and quick actions where your thumb already is.
Can I export or delete everything?
Any time. Exports are available for every module, and deleting your workspace removes your data permanently after a short recovery window.
